If I could pick one metric to rule them all, it would have to do with Free Cash Flow (FCF).
Roblox RBLX 0.00%↑ has been on a rip lately, and it’s understandable why. Market conditions aside, they’ve been crushing it with their latest earnings release last month:
QTD, Roblox has done quite well:
So What?
I think the market is starting to see the vision that CEO David Baszucki has been talking about. Not exactly a value play, but I think this one has legs. FCF/EV Yield is still incredibly low but that’s ok:
Roblox deserves a spot on the watchlist.
